Xin is a senior communicator with over 15 years of experience across 2 countries. Prior to joining Leo Burnett Singapore, he worked on brands like Coca-Cola, Nestle, Shell, Prudential and Dutch Lady.
Over the years, he had amassed a diversified experience in B2B, B2C, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Integrated Brand Communications.
He now leads the McDonald’s business carrying the bold philosophy of Leo Burnett’s HumanKind; creating more feel good acts centred on meaningful human experiences and not just ads.
Back in Leo Burnett Malaysia, Xin shaped the transformation of McDonald’s Malaysia both from a business standpoint whilst driving creative effectiveness. Leading the team to wins in Marketing Effectiveness Awards such as EFFIES, MARKies, MEA and Mob-Ex.
