Arielle’s career began in Fargo, North Dakota, USA as a TV reporter. But living in a small town covering stories on school board meetings, blizzards and fire fighter charity dinners had little appeal…so she moved to the “big city” (Chicago) and took a job with Leo Burnett.
In the past 13 years, she has worked with Leo Burnett in Chicago, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Singapore leading brand planning across a large portfolio of brands including: McDonald’s, P&G’s Always, Tampax, SK-II, Vidal Sassoon, Pfizer, HK Express Airlines and the Galaxy Macau Resort and Casino.
During her time in China, Arielle led regional brand transformation strategy for Pfizer Centrum multi-vitamins and for P&G Always — the latter of which reversed nearly a decade of declining sales and created record growth for the brand.
She holds a degree in journalism from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism and a diplome d’etudes in international relations from L’Universite de Sciences Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
